Okay....this computer is acting up on me (it's practically a daily routine nowadays). It can't read Javascripts anymore for some odd reason...usually on Yahoo!, but it has happened for a few other sites. I originally thought it was my firewall that did it (since it has an ad-blocker, I thought it counted it as an ad). But after turning it off and refreshing the page, it didn't show up. The same thing happened when I closed out of my browser and re-opened. No luck. So I also tried re-installing Sun Java again on my computer, and it still won't work for me.
Ideas, anyone? Before I bash my computer to microchips with a hammer?

No one likes java, I hate it.
I know what anitvirus you have, I would suggest checkin to see if you accedently blocked java, I know Ive done something similar. If thats not it, Ill look deeper into it, when did this all start? What have you done recently? Any deletes? Any program changes? GIve us the works!

Let's see, this problem started last week. I know I haven't blocked it, since I don't know how... ;D *rubs back of neck nervously*
As far as program changes...um, I don't remember making any of my programs operate any differently than usual. The last program I installed on here was FlashGet.
Deletions...a few common files from cleaning out my anime library. That's about it though.
Geez, I know this wasn't much help. Stupid computer! *kicks the side of her cpu*
